I am not, have not and will not request any money from any owner.

I provided a "guesstimate" of $5000 as a potential cost amount for something over which I have no control, especially when our elected Board is fighting us to give our money away. I suggested $5000 for planning purposes only, to at least provide some perspective for the numbers involved. It is possible that number could double, depending in part on how hard the Board forces us to fight each other, instead of the Lessors.
